  1. More inflammation because your immune system attacks itself as I expected a few yrs ago. The healthier your immune system the worse it is. The vaccine should not be given to the younger healthier crowd. Or over active immune systems in general. Inflammation in general causes cancer because the cell turn over rate is elevated. As they keep dividing means more likely to mutate and less likely for killer t cells to kill them in time.
