  1.  @ArialAElise  it's because employers are douche bags that overwork their employees to death. They are short-staffed and don't want to higher more CNA rn np pa docs. So they don't need to pay more benefits and keep wages lower than demand. The medic employers suck. Medical staff should get 100% pay increase with this type of outbreak and the risk they are taking not admin not the owners. Instead the owners should be begging us instead. We do not need them they need us say. They are nothing. Actually lots of CNAs rn should quit right now and go for highest bidder.
