Ca low property tax and cannot build enough due to nimby policies to keep property values up intentionally. Not for living but speculating. Punish these people they actually don't care about living in their house else it wouldn't matter wut prices of their property is. Increase prop taxes and remove income taxes is the best thing u can do for the economy
