  1. people with money do not want to show off they have money. spoiled brats do however. as long as it is safe they dont care. the only reason we buy a bigger house is for family formation else no a van by the river is just fine

  2. just make affordable housing for all so 100k+ earners can live in them if they so choose without being penalized for making more money. but that would be called regular cheap housing. for me I would never ever pay market rate for housing especially if it would take most of my salary. if the housing is so bad I rather live in my car than in a small ghetto apt closet like nyc. much better

  3. so when is it going to be below 1/3 median income not average income. 1/3 min wage for those low income housing at 500 sqft that is. if 200 sqft maybe 1/6 income. for rent and 3x or 1.5x median income for those rent controls
