  4.  @Ghst2025  thats true. if i had invested 100 dollars into crypto when I knew about it eg 10 dollars bit coin i would be at 60-70k right now.... wtf. but i went to mine it with 1 gpu then asics came out and I stopped for a bit. if I had done it all the way through I would be a billionaire by now. But I was too careful and was doing it for educational purposes. the problem with bitcoin it is too centralized the creator never wanted the bitcoin to be centralized like this.

  5. look do not buy. not worth it. needs to fall at least 80% in big cities and 50% in small towns remember the price is 1/3 average income for area max SF price should be 300k or so not millions. not worth it. price to make a new house itself is about 100k or 200k if using premium material. they are also selling trash houses in bad neighborhoods for 500k+ when you need to burn the neighborhood down first then rebuild
