  2. here is the thing the rental houses they are using for leverage or loans to do cash buying of more houses to get more leverage and buy up more assets they want to force the prices up no matter what while lowering your wages the root cause are people using them for investment instead of an expense

  6. thats not the case its infinite reserve ratio money glitch banks use to borrow money to do cash buyouts thats not really cash then they leverage the higher priced house to more cash to do another cash buyout all off the books
