  2. 40000 in 40 yrs is still much much cheaper than rent. 1000 per year avg then. but texas prop taxes are 2-3% 140000 = 3000-5000. the house itself is worthless the land value is going up due to infrastructure improvements and inflation not anything you did. in fact your house likely lowered the value of the location instead it helps lower everyones tax payments XD

  3. @richardgomez5008  you have prop 13 protecting you hence income tax payers the slaves have been subsidizing the million dollar houses. Most of ca boomers prop owners are basically leeches at this point as they are paying for no services while reaping benefit of higher prop values and all by design and implementing nimby laws. Don't worry I am making people well aware that most of you are leeches. Ok for if you just just doing it on 1 prop but if you do it on several we income tax payers want your heads on a platter now as we are subsidizing you. If we repeal prop 13 and change the tax code to tax prop instead of income eg ca being a regressive state since wealthy Pay almost 0 income taxes. Ideally tax land instead of property but anyway. If we transfer income taxes to prop taxes then 2-3% from current 1% and prop 13 repealed. That 1 m house prop tax would be 20-3pk plus maintenance insurance etc total cost would be 30-40k a yr. Largely due to higher price of house and thar would be 90% of the income of the sheep poor. Do that and the real estate would implode but income tax payers will create so much wealth inflation will go down

  4. rent is too high vs wages duh. repeal prop 13 that shields landlords from property taxes. income taxes need to be repealed because income taxes have been subsidizing the land lords. also housing vouchers to subsidize the landlord class again to increase rent further? the lady in purple is stupid. build more housing and repeal prop 13 so landlord leeches can suffer along with income tax payers that generate wealth and subsidize them. landlords also take depreciation to reduce taxes dont forget so they pay essentially nothing.
