  3. the passengers should be detained in a quarantine room from these nations for 21 days at least. NOT just checked for fever with thermometers. If it hits places like NYC or any large city you can bet that there WILL be an outbreak and a very serious one too. Subways are very bad in NYC as well. unsanitary and subway ventilation systems being extremely bad you can smell the bad odor that emanates from them, then blown onto you forcing you to change cars, if there were viruses there or dead rats then... Be very, very careful. Banning flights like other Europeans countries have done is one way it would lower the risk. and look at their passport to see if they were anywhere near those areas first. military and medical personnel can still come back on special flights but  is not being done for political reasons and to satisfy politics. anyway be very careful in very crowded areas and those with shared ventilation systems that would transmit the virus.

  4. Taxing land owners is far fairer and better than the vat tax but but rich will hate it so vat tax it is for now. A compromise for now. If we dont get it with vat tax. We may demand property tax to fund ubi and elimination. Of income tax because you know rich people pay little to no income tax.
