  1. That's why you never buy crap condos they are worthless and depreciates to 0 after 27 yrs in building value. If building is over 27 yrs it's worthless the land is the only value. Remember owners and landlords depreciates the property on taxes. And claims it's worthless so they don't pay taxes as well. Worthless landlord leeches that produce nothing of value.
