  2. ​ @rhemy1  no one is moving and investors are still buying with borrowed money not cash but instead fake cash that is leverage deals trying to rent to poor saps that think they have no choice and otherwise keep it vacant and force prices up so they can borrow more money and compound it like having 1% reserve 99% leverage 1% down and if it goes down 1% they will blow up
