  2. hasn't this been happening in the USA for a while now. they used this same trick with crypto exchanges. imo no bankruptcy should protect any of them. the c suite management and all of them all must be clawed back especially if they conducted fraud like SVB. governments of the world have taught us they are all in on it to steal from the public and need to be removed forcefully if need be
