  2. @C.D. Nguyen ur right on other nutrition but I can occasionally find .29 cent per lbs banana. 😛 Also you eat more banana to combat sodium. The potassium sodium pump for energy in body mainly. American diet has high sodium so bananas make lots more sense. But avocados are much better if u need more vitamins in your life. Though. I eat both. Avocados in smoothies with banana strawberries add some spinach and veg if you want plus juice and yogurt. Etc. Yum. Juice covers the sugar though. Lots of sugar in juice. But much healthier than the american diet. If on keto diet it's much better too. Low fat and low cal diet bananas are better though.
