  2. i know a few others told me the same thing. if they dont use it up they get less funding and cannot use it for other items we actually need so they have no choice but to waste it. I disliked the way this was done since Im conservative by nature. eg they needed a large amount of IT eq to upgrade but they instead have a huge amount of funds for furniture instead you can also not give the money to the troops. soldiers dont get paid much already base pay that is BAH is different for each region. and the ones that make money behind the scenes are typically higher ups eg taking bribes and special deals and depends on the person. definitely can cut lots of expenses that we dont need or let leaders use the funds for useful purposes instead of wasteful purposes and not threaten the funding.

  3. ​ @randomness5074  basically this is gov collusion to have certain favored companies profit not even the gov workers. in fact they say they are understaffed a lot for certain departments and the managers refuse to hire anyone. and instead frequently they bring in contractors that get paid a lot more and pay the regulars a lot less makes regulars want to just do contracting instead.
