@JoniAntonio wtf....that's basically a new home. Because it just takes about 100k to build a small new home while being cheap. It better be worth it man....may as well have demolished it and built something worth 500k. Using 200k

@kevinmiller8111 property taxes keep prices in check. Meaning high property taxes = less rent and property appreciation. Keeps mortgage and rent in check. I rather have high property tax and no income tax like Texas as the ideal taxation policy. Texas has it right and will see a good future while California....I see the homeless population piling up.

@rodneyhenry27 that's good rent it out for 1000 then. Pocket the money and buy another location or if they leave then live in it after repairs.
