  2. 100k renovation roi....bad. I'd rather do the 15k renovation and then buy another house with 85k... May as well demolish and rebuild new. 200k cost only and it's new except foundation. Rent it out for 4-5k for new house may as well go all out then. But imo next cycle where market crash lower rent is an advantage. Higher rental areas ? Hmm not that many rich people sorry. There are actually lots of cheap options I've found for shelter. Reason why shelter is so expensive is really caused by government wanting high tax revenue. While providing little to no service. Gg.
