Where is my rent money then? I have to penny pince cause I'm responsible and rented out a room instead of a whole house? Nope. It's unfair that responsible people keep bailing out deadbeats time for them to go so I can rent their place for the price of a room. If they increase rents time to purge the landlords as well. Gov should just buy all property instead and just rent it out and take all the back rents in taxes from their tenants then communism cause they fked up.
