  2.  @Maggie-we3er  what does the agent do really the houses either sell themselves or they are over priced and wont sell. either way the buyer seller is out 5-10% of the price that could be dropped instead. rather just do all the documents yourselves then

  3. ​ @Maggie-we3er  actually produce something of value real estate agents are not valuable. we need them to produce houses instead. i repair my own car myself instead of hiring someone for simple things like oil changes they wanted 100 i do it for cost of oil and 1-2 hours of my time while renting a lift if you want it simple that is. i found cheap lifts for 10 dollars and i can do it in 30 min but i need to drive to the location. instant 50 dollars per hour return on time because i did it myself. even brake and rotor changes they wanted 1000-1500 dollars i do it for cost of rotors and brake and i spent 3 hours learning from youtube and fuked up my first brake change but resolved it at the DIY garage and learned a new skill. because i have no garage but you can do it with a random jack for brakes anyway. so you basically have a return of 800-1300 dollars for 3 hours and brake change rotor change that would be a 200-300+ return rate pr hour. by cutting out the middle man on expensive skills you pay yourself back over working at mcd or worthless jobs. the issue is gov preventing us from building our own houses. We need to be able to buy random land clear it and build and let us park RV campers etc on our own land fuk the HOA. FUK nimbys. fuk their property value appreciation that results in higher taxes and insurance anyway. very simple. learn skills commit to alternative living and produce. cancel and cut everyone else out if they wont let you do it. they will resist but they cannot deny us. van life is a thing because boomers and elitist landlords abused us. vote in any measure to punish them and especially if they keep property vacant. let them go into bankruptcy. you comeback with skills you learned while they have no skills and produce. repeat: unlike them learn to cut them out and produce
