@vaughnchambers8559 blood in the streets I suggest lobby for removal of income taxes for as many states as possible and do property taxes instead. Ideally LVT instead of property itself but up to the state and gov. if that happens makes speculation on land/property much more expensive. so waiting on foreclosures of hedgefunds blowing up. plus dont forget most of their net wealth of assets on loan are from the stock market if stock market crashes and hf implode then their margin assets blow up and thus the money for housing blows up then if their housing isn't cashflow positive they basically either cut losses or go bankrupt if they wait too long. then if banks take over and no bids they will have to lower prices eventually to clear it.
