I think I'll just buy land and build it myself. unless they severely discount it I am not paying for this shit. locals can also only afford 200-300k not 500-750k. they can all deal with the vacancy and i encourage the gov to tax them for sitting on unfinished property refusing to sell. any vacant property taxed 10x the regular rate any unfinished property after 6m-1yr taxed the price they listed it as. yes prop tax? deal with it you wanted higher prices you get higher tax bill.
