  1. ​ @MikieGoodwin-o2k  rather live in a car than rent save the money early on.dont even bother paying rent. worthless its rewarding landlords. choose the correct path and choose not to rent. let the landlords drown. force them to go bankrupt. the landlords also take many tax deductions and pay nearly no income tax and property taxes after deductions the landlords are literally leeches that contribute nothing. remove income tax and tax land value on these leeches.
