  1. the more educated a society is the less kids they will have because most of India is less educated... they have more babies. now for japan its the fact that people need to work so much. the problem is rent is too high. cost of living is too high cost of healthcare is too high. they are overworking their doctors and nurses. etc. the Japanese people are great their government not so much.
