  1. Min wage? Historically rent = 1/3 income income = 3x property value. anything less than that is not a job it is slavery. just say no. Stay home and raise kids cheaper. The rent is the reason owners cannot survive. landlords and high property prices over the ratio of rent: income is the problem. The reason why prop values so high? regulations against building cheap housing. Make building permits cheap affordable. And too much money made for speculators restricting the supply. crash the property values. gg.
