notes: water is more necessary than food. things necessary to live 1. air = mostly free except many people pollute it 2. water = necessary needed and if you do not drink for 3 days you start to die. 3. food = necessary but one can survive for weeks without food. the female has it backwards YOU NEED WATER FIRST NOT FOOD. putting food on the table vs water costs... if that is the case then she better go buy or make her own water. eg. go collect water yourselves and bring it back home instead. rain water? some states make collecting rain water illegal....(stupid law) that would be a job then no? bring water pumped and cleaned to the community then distribute them. if everyone did that then you wouldn't need to have gov do it for you or need volunteers because you would be doing it. or be a chemist and make distilled water. stop asking others to do it for you. the reason why something would cost less is if one would compete with the companies. if the companies cannot become more efficient than individuals because of their economics of scale then they WILL lose business and competition. this is why PC's are so cheap because of the hacking crowd doing it themselves and as a result more competition in business. thus the state regulations are also ridiculous. taxes, regulations etc so no one wants to live there or buy property. back-taxes? why should NEW home owners PAY BACK-taxes when they FAILED to pay. and you cannot get rid of squatters? really? even demolishing your home down would cost 30k? when said home is worth 20k or less and you are taxed 30% of property value because assessed value is 50k? DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. NO ONE WILL LIVE THERE THEN. the home owners may want to demolish or burn down all their properties before squatters can go into them. the land may be worth more by doing so. after all reason why no one wants them are largely crime, and taxes + regulations. get rid of those then you may have more people going in.

um where do you think the resources to build that factory/utility/company comes from? yep that's right tax payers. the people there are not tax payers because they make too little already. nothing is free. you have to work for it otherwise someone else is paying for it. therefore tax payers would need to approve of bailing them out again and most of the time it would be wasted on government corruption. and are all the people there going to go and run the machines? then they should all do it and volunteer instead. call it community run utility then. but would they do it is the problem. I would implement that instead. also a 1 utility plan is STUPID. mainly because it makes monopolies. thus it isn't capitalism anyway but crony capitalism or fascism. if we were really capitalistic there would be more competition and thus extra productivity gains to LOWER PRICES not increase them. so I agree that most utilities are price gouging when it is said our GDP grew except inflation grew faster...

for uber + lyft it is very simple. calculate: price of gas + insurance + average depreciation of car per mile driven then deduct from pay they paying employee. they will then calculate it by divide it by hours worked to drive to location. thus min wage. Uber gets nothing if they cannot exceed min wage.

Canada already has one but I say it is not enough at only 1%. Should be 5-10% for being vacant. This is to replace income tax. You work here you contribute to the economy. You buy property and pay nothing while we defend your property for free it is welfare. Time to pay for that welfare.

Another thing implement Canada's vacancy tax in the USA. To curb house flipping and keeping houses off the market so prices are artificially inflated. Remove income tax to increase property taxes. Mainly because property consumes resources like infrastructure. They are on welfare to the income tax right now. Wealthy rich owners benefit from police fire and hospitals without paying especially when vacant. Meanwhile it is infrastructure that gives them value not the house. Fk welfare queens especially the rich ones. Make ubi instead for all if you are going to give free money out. It's much more fair then. And this eliminates people from trying to get on welfare paperwork. Saves Gov money that way already no more welfare departments. If possible. I want all departments closed down and just give us savings accounts or allowances for that welfare given all of us. Rich can take it too but it will be small compared to their real income they will say. 12k a year is a good start bad for California still but you can sleep in car and buy food at least as well as maybe see a doctor.
