  1. Cut income taxes wealthy pay no income taxes. Replace it if necessary with land value taxes will curb speculation and encourage building vs hoarding

  2. ​ @csi1392  im fine with that if the wealthy are forbidden from owning real estate beyond primary house 1 acre lot for free per human citizen only. exemptions to property tax if you consume too much property and do nothing with it. 1 acre per human is very very generous already. corporations are 1 person so they can only own 1 acre for free beyond that they need to pay taxes otherwise rent from citizens by leasing from them. to help with lower lvt you can do sales tax. but definitely NO income tax
