  4. ​ @Leonnie13  so if you buy now that 15000 per year for 5 years. is going to still pay for property values property tax and insurance/ you landlords want others to pay for it though when you sell. you factor that in instead of charging your new buyer those fees you should have paid you pass it on but if you do not those fees are higher than rent nub.
