  15. Suggest gov to implement progressive property taxes. One house 1500 sqft is 0.5% Based on sqft. 3000 sqft is 1% 2% to 4500 then 6000 is at 3% etc until 10%. Since corporations are people and trusts are people they are also treated the same way. 1500 for them at low prices and increases. That should curb speculators.
