@BREEZYM6015 except the house is a depreciating liability not asset. warm in winter can be done in a van by the river pretty easily.

this is why it is important to get ahead of the problem. do not over pay what you cannot afford to look good. it is far better to be homeless than pay everything to rent. you still need to eat and medicine. in war do you have shelter or good shelter? no you deal with minimal shelter and your priority is food surviving.
