  4. Well prop owners wanted higher prop values that's what they get then. Unlike ca that has prop 13 to milk the income tax payers to subsidize their prop values. They actually need to pay prop tax on the market value

  5. Been telling people that already. I found ways for producing water and energy off grid easily already now sewage to comply with counties might be an issue. Then if states send troops to collect that's another issue. Gotta see how tyrannical the states are for building cheaper houses on land that you own
