  5. also 30-40% the labor in housing is income tax rather just do it myself remove income taxes and suddenly labor becomes much cheaper. 75% of the cost of house = labor. thus reducing initial set up costs. then just do property tax ideally LVT instead but since the landlords need to be punished first prop tax is better until landlords go bankrupt.

  10. ​ @ebutuoy5088  not enough to compensate for higher prices with higher insurance and higher prop taxes am I right? you probably need -10% basically pay us to take the loan to buy a house to pay for insurance and prop taxes that are 2/3 the cost of owning the house built into the mortgage. besides maintenance and HOA even all determined by price. all house pumpers are so delusional.
