  2. pretty much all the real estate bros and agents etc every single channel about real estate that wants to remove all property taxes and such to benefit landlords is a huge problem. income tax should be the first thing removed because it taxes wealth creation. Taxing hoarding of assets you remove from the economy because you want the price to go up is actually a good thing. use it or lose it. producing nothing of value while making people suffer should be punishable by taxation. landlords the biggest reason for inflation not just taxes and gov.

  5. based on % of time spent there throughout the year. of course fair is fair. you waste resources you get taxed. if you can afford a second house you should probably just rent it out as well.
