  1. Need to bail out commercial real estate by making people suffer for lower productivity. Fact is business owners have never paid for people transportation to the work place so as a result they expect their workers to pay insane rent in local area to subsidize the crooked landlords or drive hours wasting time and productivity to get to work. Fact is going into work is actually causing lower productivity because of high rent. Eg high rent causes lower productivity by definition
