  1. It's because you don't own the land a house is worthless. The land is what is valuable with infrastructure you never built

  2. A few things manufactured house is a depreciating asset because you do not own the land because a house is similar to a car because it's a depreciating asset. People want the land and infrastructure in the area not your house Your house is worthless. No one cares about your house. So manufactured house you need to also pay the lot fee. Meaning rent. Worthless basically.
