  2. suggestion. remove code of conduct and make contribution anon. so they don't know who coded what. now they shall give merit points to the persons that contributed though. you can recognize them give them rank and praise through that but not anything such as LGBT/ RACE. Present your employer with your data if your anon name if you want to gloat at an interview. Removing such politics and praising directly will be helpful. STUPID POLITICS
