  1. just to be fair. 4-6% isnt that much compared to inflation even 1-2% you are making negative rate of return. why would anyone want to loan at 1-2% is beyond me. stupidity maybe. Simply dont loan money at 1-2% not worth it. I dont blame china for the 4-6% like you said 10% reduction in pakistan rupee in a few days thats a huge risk to other countries loaning to bankrupt countries. why would anyone do that? pretty dumb
