  2. If rent goes up I'll pocket the money and live in my car instead. Bye rents... Also ubi shall be mandated to be linked to inflation as a ratio to rent. Higher rent = higher ubi. It would be in Gov interest to keep rent down then. Thus limit interest in high prop values. Which is worthless. High prop values are worthless.
