  2. You can pay the HOA then and insurance plus your house prop tax is based on the value so higher price higher tax so deal with it or sell

  3. Actually it's insurance and property tax and maintenance HOA not just prop tax because prop values are too high they cannot afford it now. Oops should just rent it out and move.
