  1. Also inflation isn't just gov spending when price of land and property goes up rent goes up and that instantly also caused inflation. Inflation of land rent is the other side of inflation. We need to stabilize and disincentives of land property ownership. With no inflation or hedging buying land isn't important then. Otherwise asset ownership will continue to be important.

  2. Builders can't build let people build their own houses they make it illegal to park a trailer on your own property and slowly build a house in many states. It's nibbyism. That's destroying the house housing. Affordability
