  5. I dont bother with a budget i just do my best to save as much as i can regardless. Splurging a little here and there but minimize them. Cutting out expenses i dont need to the bone as a habit. Any extra monies go to investments retirement etc Always cut coupons and look for deals be4 buying anything i know the true costs of most items Lets just say i have 3-4x already but given high inflation of housing not confident i can survive. Better increase to 10x income

  6. Don't forget it's lower cost of land rent. This lower landlord costs there than here at least 50% of costs are from land lord leeches that produce nothing after that it's 40% gov then 10% wages
