  18. since landlords destroyed the economy they need to go bankrupt else they need to all pay wage slaves much much much more like 100% more. at the rate of housing inflation. sucks to suck but must be done. removing all income taxes will help at least return 25-30% of the income back to the people. removal all income taxes and property taxes are only allowed no tolls. tolls have been a waste of productivity completely and utterly. they waste so much time and energy taxing via tolls hiding it than just taxing in the open. wasting even more productivity by design. a house is NEVER an asset it is a LIABILITY always a liability. the land itself is what appreciates not your worthless house.
