easy fix remove income tax and implement property tax ideally Land value tax instead like georgism since income tax payers have been subsidizing landlords for the longest time. also income tax payers have the least wage inflation in the history of man relative to cost of real goods and rent/property has been going up stealing from wealth creators instead of landlords paying for the infrastructure giving their property value they did not create. let landlords pay for the property appreciation they stole from income tax payers.

@johna5484 yep IDGAF about that shit I will probably have to end up building my own house. a window AC is perfectly fine why do you even need an HVAC system anyway that costs 20-30k for no reason. a cheap ac unit for each room would cost 10% of the amount for a hvac system its utterly idiotic. the bathrooms? having 2-3 isn't that bad its fine I think but 1 is ok by me too. but really you can build 3b/2 bath for like 200-300k and if you did it the old way it would only cost you 200k or less. stupidity really

@johna5484 yep the hvac system was made to make it look good not be more cost efficient. maybe over time due to insulation. looking good cost a lot more money. they priced it that way. it may have been worth it b4 but not anymore. ac units in the window of each room is the way to go instead. its not hard at all. water/sewage has always been the hardest part. electric not really. seriously we dont need their services a house can be made for even less than 100k for 1500 sqft if you know what you doing.
