Choice? That's why there is a shortage right now as many employers offer signups bonuses but not long-term. they hide it so wages don't inflate. It's a marketing trick to keep needed jobs wages low. So many finish the signups bonus and leave. But employers know this now so they over work the ones that stay.

  10. best way to help ukraine is to drill for oil. lower oil prices hurt Russia. Much cheaper to drill for oil to hurt russia and in turn help Ukraine. Because world relying on Russian oil we are at their mercy and Russia gains strength with higher oil prices.
