this is why they need to train more medical and pay them more. entry level medical get paid as much as mcdonald workers. quite shameful.

@VVtos174 a lot of them are doing it because they want to be there to help people and employers exploit this trait they have especially when many want to be rn pa np doctors later on That's what I see. Choice? That's why there is a shortage right now as many employers offer signups bonuses but not long-term. they hide it so wages don't inflate. It's a marketing trick to keep needed jobs wages low. So many finish the signups bonus and leave. But employers know this now so they over work the ones that stay.
