  2. yep as expected nyc becomes detriot due to high rent high property values by landlords. they wish they sold before now dont they. sorry many years of high property values and forcing people to work 80hr min wage jobs to afford rent? well thats what you get. lots of uneducated idiots working without any reason to exist. first is to crash the property values first so there is a reset and destruction of all the landlords and purging of idiots. arrest all the looters and have them guillotined or jailed I guess. then restructure. nyc where income must equal 3x rent and 1/3 property values. if rent is more or property is more automatic income adjustment for the area. no exceptions. if business cannot pay it that means rent is too high or value is too high. everything is a ratio not a number. numbers are meaningless. that 15 dollar per hr is trash. 1/3 property value of area meaning per sq foot not just per room. higher sq foot price means higher wages sorry fk you landlords. it will balance out then. otherwise if businesses wont do it tax them until hey will willingly do it. Capitalism has a long time turned into feudalism and facism. time to equalize things first then go back to capitalism. you need competition to have capitalism.
