So what if your portfolio went up 100% if rent and property values goes up 200% and you didnt buy yet you are screwed. Also property taxes go up according to property values. Elimination of the income tax in its entirety is required. @219garry nope we shall park freely as we use solar power hookups for free. California LA homelessness 50k + and counting. A house cost 100k to build. Land lot with infrastructure is 500k plus. Gl with that. I will encourage them to sleep at malls instead until the shoot people for sleeping in their own cars and outlaw parking in public areas. Why waste their money on ghettos. @219garry actually that's not a bad idea. Young people like to party so this gives them an excuse. It will expose the fake system further.
