@buckbiro this I rather they remove income tax and just do property tax plus vacancy tax I will totally do my best to convince everyone to live in their cars for a while to bankrupt and vacant the rentals until the corporations and funds go bankrupt.

@obijuan3004 PS most of the buyers of new housing are pension funds and overseas investment funds not those that live in their homes. Just have to crash the housing market by building your own and refusing to rent from them. Plus increase taxes on foreign owned property and vacancy tax. Tax subsidies for building new construction though if and only if they are used as primary residences not 2nd or 3rd homes or rental airbnb units. If they do increase taxes by 10x. Have them subsidize new construction. I would make a gov military task force for building housing just because it is a national security threat.
