then you are less immune than those that got covid-19 without the vaccine natural immunity stays longer than vaccines you take every 2-3 months

@davemoss6976 which is better than covid-19 vaccines as reported by CDC data. OOPS. just count natural immunity as vaccinated. unless you get booster shots every 3 months you are not more immune than natural immunity

@theresapinilla4913 please vaccine 4th dose only lasts 1-2 months at most compared to 3rd dose that lasts 3 months 5th dose 1 month? what 6-12 shots per year? 1 shot per month? how bout no? read the CDC data comparing natural immunity to vaccines. they refuse to do this study now cause they do not want to give any credence to natural immunity.

@davemoss6976 Well yes they are already old with bad immune systems of course. The best thing to do is boost your immune system. The Vaccine itself is supposed to act as a booster to your lymphocytes to train them to attack the virus that is why those with adverse reactions have this problem where their body attacks themselves in YOUNGER people more than older people because their immune system is still so healthy. This means the healthier the person is the more risk the vaccine poses them than the disease itself. Vaccine may be too effective at forcing the body to create antibodies. There is also research stating now that over abuse of booster shots will wear out the lymphocytes exhausting their producing antibody ability. EG overtraining like at the gym. You lose muscle instead of gaining musle. Same concept. But people seem to think boosting is the best way shrug. 1x per yr maybe but they want it every 3 months now with is stupid and Dr fauci made the virus he needs to shut his mouth. For nutrition. Vitamins in China are also expensive compared to the west. If you have been paying attention staying in doors is actually bad. you need Vit D from sun. Zinc. as the basics Then add multi vitamin. Ideally its in food but food has little to no nutritional value today it's all junk. Sore throat? Honey also expensive in China. Healthy food in general is expensive. Everything else may be cheaper though.
