  1. Problem, will a warning come prior to an actual attack? It's a bit hard to leave if missiles, etc strike. Nuclear fall out can travel on air currents. Underground bunkers would be needed. And will nuclear fall out destroy all plant/animal life? Will the ground be contaminated?
