These govt agencies DO NOT need new buildings. Maintain the ones they have. It's our tax money they use to make their soundings nicer. Spend that money on our vets, & citizens struggling. But then Gartz spent a million $ redoing his office. So maybe these congress people shouldn't use our money to give them pleasant surroundings. Fact: if buildings are maintained throughout the years, they don't fall apart. Americans rather build new buildings at a higher cost. Maintaining g costs less. Saves our money. We can't build new houses as they age. Homeowners maintaine their homes. I'm constantly making up grades. The excuse buildings can end up hurting employees is flimsy.
