With abortions over the years meant fewer people,eventually, going into the workforce. Fraud within the welfare system gives our money to fakes. Many aren't disabled. LBJ used SS to finance the Vietnam War. When FDR installed the SS program, he had it in a private fund. Then someone got the idea to move it to a general fund. And politicians could access it.
