  1. Our officials are failing. These homes should be monitored. Have unannounced visits.l once a month. Or more often. Jail the abusers. And fine the owners of these homes. Close down abusive homes. Also applies to child care facilities. Our officials earn a salary, but fail to do competent jobs. Horror chambers for the aged. And money hungry people mistreating seniors. NO EXCUSE.
